Friday - Batik Day / Second weekend in Bandung

Friday is the National Batik Day in Indonesia..Everyone specially in Government organisations wear Batik cloths to support the nations production and also feel pride in wearing Batik ....Ineteresting!! you find everywhere people wearing Batik  ..so to support them CSC team also decided to wear Batik on Fridays...David with Pusdalisbang client team

 

After work plans on Friday : We already made plans for the weekend ....Flavia, Victor, Karen, Sergio, Terry, Nitin, Manuel and myself (Trupty) decided to visit Jogyakarta to see Borobudur temple which is the worlds biggest Buddha temple and also to see the Hindu temple - Prambanan...while Yolande, David and Maej decided to be in Bandung and explore surroundings near Bandung on bicycle :-)

After almost 2 hours we reached Jogyakarta and checked in Hotel..they served wonderful BlackGinger tea that really relaxed us a bit and then in the evening we went to Silver Factory...awesome!!

nearing to the day end we thought we should have dinner now and had a good dinner in Restaurant which is just in the middle of the market where all girls bought same T-shirts to enjoy the team spirit  ...:-)

 Tomorrow early morning we will be leaving to visit temples.....long day tomorrow!!
